Happy Bunny Day

Today marks the end of my vacation, which, by the way, went by all too fast. Tomorrow we will all be back to the same old routine of no sleep and asinine workloads. I hope it’s obvious how much I am looking forward to it. No, really.

Actually, it will probably be okay. Denmark has a ton of very conveniently placed holidays in April and May.

Unfortunately, I have no pretty Easter pictures or anything, but I can tell you that my Easter was spent in my grandparents’ summerhouse with seventeen of my closest family members. It rained, so we had to stay inside. All of us. Together. Eighteen people. A tiny summerhouse. For five hours. It was a pretty intense combination

Luckily I got to have a couple of days up there with just my grandparents, my sister and my fifteen year-old cousin, which was a lot… quieter. That summerhouse is the perfect environment to do some major chillaxing, if you know what I mean.

I’m sorry, I have spent a lot of time with young folk this weekend.

Chillaxing after setting the table, now waiting for the guests.

I had to wear two sets of tights to stay warm.

Some of us went down to the beach after the Easter Lunch today, but it was cold and muddy and completely uninviting. With this weather, you could have fooled me about it being the 9th of April. I mean, what the hell.

I am afraid I am going to have to cut this short for three very good reasons. A) I am very tired, and b) I have to the dishes, and c) I am half-watching a very scary Sandra Bullock movie that requires my full attention.
