Let’s See How It Goes

Thank you, Pinterest. These last couple of days, my biggest issue has been whether to pin something to my “LOL Forever”-board or my “I like it”-board. That is what Pinterest does to you. It makes you realize what is really important. What do you do when you have a hilarious lolcat picture that has a thought-provoking quote on it? Does it make me laugh, or does it make me think? Or both? Is anyone else having this problem? It’s so hard, right?

We are getting closer and closer to New Years Eve, which is both exciting and nerve-wracking to me. It’s exciting because this year has sucked and I have a sneaking suspicion that the years with uneven numbers work better for me. I don’t know if it’s true, it’s just a theory. I’ll get back to you in December ’13 and tell you whether or not I am a very self-insightful cosmic genius. The proof is in the pudding. But that is the exciting part, that I may possibly have a really awesome year ahead. I will try to make the best of it. I already know that January is going to be exciting in lots of ways. For starters, I will be moving to a new and bigger apartment in a really awesome neighborhood. I have loved living in my old apartment, primarily due to its wonderful location (right in the heart of the city almost), but I think I am ready to move on from a little starter-apartment to something more grown up. Something that will also be happening in January is my leg surgery. YAY. Hopefully that will fix all my problems and I will be up and running around by March. Well, maybe not running, but, you know. Walking without being in pain.

As wonderful as all of this is, it is also… terrifying in a way, that so many new things are going to be happening in just one year. I will also be starting University in August, unless I am not accepted into my majors. Then I have a plan B! But this is all something I am going to write more about soon.

Lastly, here are some things that I am going to attempt to do in my apartment:

Oh, it used to be a big problem with me. I used to spend hours and hours just looking at repinning things on Pinterest.

Now, I still have the app installed in my phone, but I’m kind of scared of opening it and spending hours and hours on it again. :D

Love those ideas, and damn Pinterest for making things so difficult!
